What we collect
The inquiry form collects your name, email, company, role, industry, business stage, target geography, goal, budget and timing to organize a brief for team review. We record page paths, referring domains, campaign parameters, and first and most recent acquisition sources. Names and problem descriptions are not included in visit analytics.
How we use it
We use this information to assess fit, contact you, define a scope and carry out work you commission. Inquiries are visible only to authorized administrators and are not published.
AI-assisted inquiry summaries
When AI is enabled, your inquiry text is sent to OpenAI only if you choose to use it and give consent. Contact details are not sent automatically. The output helps you review your inquiry and is not a formal proposal. You can skip AI and submit the form directly.
Payment information
When online payments are enabled, payment takes place through Stripe Checkout. This site does not collect or store full card numbers. It records quotes, payment status and the associated service.
Managing your information
To access, correct or delete information you submitted, contact hello@tellinginc.com. Service records are handled according to delivery needs and applicable requirements. Advertising source information stored temporarily in your browser is used only for attribution during the current session.
