Starting an engagement
An inquiry is for initial review only. Research, assessments, planning and resource coordination begin after both parties confirm the scope and the agreed payment is completed. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee acceptance or reserve an appointment.
USD pricing and payment methods
All services are quoted in U.S. dollars (USD). Once online payments are available, supported methods will be shown at checkout. For WeChat Pay or Alipay, the CNY amount and conversion are determined by the payment provider's final display.
Refunds and cancellations
Full refund if TELLING cannot accept the engagement or you cancel before work begins. After work starts, only completed stages are deducted at the amounts disclosed before payment; the unfinished portion is refunded. You may request one adjustment within the original scope. Stage fees appear on the product page or written quote. Extra scope requires separate agreement. Refunds return to the original payment method; processing time and currency differences depend on the payment provider.
Service boundaries
Consultations and assessments provide judgment and recommendations. Business introductions deliver the agreed coordination work, without guaranteeing that a third party will partner, invest or purchase. Wealth, tax, legal and education specialists are responsible for the services they agree to provide.
Additional work and costs
Additional markets or participants, greater personal involvement by Greg, or a broader scope require separate agreement. Each quote specifies whether third-party fees are included.
