Complex Project Assessment & Plan

Scope: one defined project; up to two scoping discussions; resource mapping and feasibility assessment; a written project plan covering objectives, scope, phased tasks, resource requirements, estimated budget and proposed timeline; one plan review. This $5,000 fee covers assessment and planning only. Introductions, outreach, negotiations, travel and project execution require a separate agreement.

Completed stages: project scoping $1,000; assessment and written plan $3,000; plan review and in-scope adjustment $1,000.

Payment purchases the fixed scope below and does not reserve a specific appointment. We confirm fit, required materials and scheduling after reviewing your request. You may cancel for a full refund before work begins if the schedule does not work for you. Third-party fees, travel, formal legal or tax advice and subsequent execution are excluded. Introductions, partnerships, funding and business results are not guaranteed. Extra work requires a separate agreed quote; no unapproved additional charges.

Full refund if TELLING cannot accept the engagement or if you cancel before work begins. We confirm the schedule and stages by email before starting. After work begins, only completed stages are deducted at the amounts below; the unfinished portion is refunded. You may request one adjustment within the original scope. Refunds go to the original payment method; processing time and currency differences depend on the payment provider.
